E/T Equipment’s origins go back to 1969 when the company was known as E/T Speed Shop, a high performance engine and machine shop.

In 1972, E/T was approached by John Deere Company and became a commercial and lawn and garden distributor.

Based on E/T’s success selling John Deere commercial and consumer products, E/T was offered a golf and turf distributorship by John Deere in 1990.

The golf and turf line expanded E/T’s territory to cover Long Island, Connecticut, northern New Jersey and the eastern half of New York State.
